Cross-team Collaboration

I took the initiative to spark collaboration between two teams: the Collection Team and my Credit Analysis Team. Leveraging my position within the Credit Analysis Team, I orchestrated a lively presentation on the best practices of credit analysis. This wasn't just a one-way street, though. I facilitated coaching sessions, ensuring that both teams embraced the values of collaboration and worked together seamlessly. Together, we aligned on the most effective collaboration solutions and even implemented new communication channels and practices to foster a sense of belonging and unity across the two teams.
